1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account on Matchbox ("the platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Platform Use
Matchbox is a business matching platform. You agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others.
3. SMS Communications
If you provide your phone number and opt in to SMS notifications, you consent to receive text messages from Matchbox about your account activity. This consent is not a condition of using the platform. You may withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP or updating your preferences in your dashboard. For help, reply HELP or contact support@matchbox.re. Message and data rates may apply.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant Matchbox a limited license to display that content to other users as part of normal platform operation.
5. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
6. Disclaimer
The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Matchbox is not responsible for outcomes arising from connections made through the platform.
